YOGA FOR GOLF
Yoga and golf compliment each other in so many ways. This class blends the principals of yoga with both the physical and mental aspects of golf. When we learn how to move our bodies effectively while deepening our awareness of the mind/body connection, we can experience both success and joy in the game.
Elements that will be explored during this 6 week session:
increasing flexibility and cultivating power
effective and mindful movement
breathing and calming techniques
No yoga or golf experience is required. 60 minutes in length.
Online: 6-week series starts week of March 19th. Every Sunday, you will receive a one hour yoga video that you can play unlimited times throughout the week. Investment: $133 or $25 per class
In Person: Every Wednesday starting in May from 9am to 10am. Investment: $133 or $25 per class.
