Winter Coaching

Winter Coaching starts Dec 11th both at Lora Bay Golf Club and The Georgian Bay Club. The winter is a great time to learn and make changes to your golf. Our approach is always one that will support you in finding your most natural and effective design in all areas of the game; leaving you with a simple and clear way forward to achieving your goals.

Yoga for Golfers

Yoga and golf compliment each other in so many ways. Golf is not only a game that requires power, flexibility and balance; it is a game that demands a relaxed nervous system. When you blend the principles of yoga with golf it helps to create the foundation for success in the game.

Elements that will be explored during these sessions:

  • breathing and calming techniques

  • mindful movement and guided meditation

  • flexibility and muscle length

  • power and inner strength

Beginner Brilliance

Taking up golf can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Most often when we are learning the game we can try to do too much at once resulting in uncertainty and frustration.  

In this beginner series, you will learn how to hit the ball with consistency without the contortions and confusion. You will begin to tap into your intrinsic brilliance and develop a swing that is best for you. 

Golf even may begin to feel easy and fun while yielding results beyond what you thought was possible.
